4 67's named in NHL Central Scouting's Preliminary Players to Watch

The NHL Central Scouting’s preliminary Players To Watch list has been released and includes four Ottawa 67's and two of their prospects.

Every year, NHL Central Scouting releases this list. Each player is ranked using an A-Rating, B-Rating and C-Rating System. An A-Rating indicates a 1st round candidate, a B-Rating indicates a 2nd or 3rd round candidate and a C-Rating indicates a 4th, 5th or 6th round candidate.  Here’s where the 67's ranked:

Sasha Chmelevski – B-Rating

Austen Keating – B-Rating

Noel Hoefenmayer – C-Rating

Drake Rymsha – C-Rating

67's Prospects

Thomas Miller –  B-Rating
He was drafted by the 67's in 2015
and is currently playing with Michigan State (NCAA)

Charlie Dovorany – C-Rating
He was drafted by the 67's in 2015
and is currently playing with Minnesota-Duluth (NCAA)

Obviously, these are preliminary rankings and much will change over the course of the season. Just as an example last season, Mikhail Sergachev was a C-Rated prospect and Logan Brown was a B-Rated prospect -- both were drafted in the first round.
